Department 2 G Indio Riverside Superior Court flip flops again

Alright folks we are all aware that the judiciary is indeed supposed to follow the law. But in Department 2 G, the law is dependant on the illogical application of Civil Code procedure and California rules of court, which are ignored when the Court feels like it and depending upon which direction the Court wants to manoeuver the case.

So for example on 9/1/2011, the court denied a motion to strike a complaint by the defendants in this case.

CLERK: E. BERUMEN

_______________ PRESENT-PRO PER

NO APPEARANCE MADE BY OR FOR __________
MOTION TO STRIKE THE ENTIRE FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT IS DENIED.
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN BY CLERK

Then this same court based on a whim, of a ho hum flip flop decision, decided to issue an Order to Show cause on its own motion why the complaint should not be struck, when it had already decided the same issue.

On 1/17/2011 the Court ordered the complaint to be stricken although no Motion to file an amended complaint had been filed and it had already decided the issue several months earlier.
