Attorney who was deemed vexatious files Class Action Lawsuit.

A class action lawsuit has been filed in Federal Court challenging the constitutionality of the vexatious statute application in family law proceedings. The lawsuit lists a class of Plaintiffs who are parents in on-going custody disputes, and who are bringing this class action against Chief Justice Cantil-Sakauye and the Judicial Council in the hope of overturning California’s Vexatious Litigant Statute (VLS) as it applies to family law litigants, particularly parents caught in protracted custody battles.

Mr. Cunningham who filed the lawsuit is an attorney who has been declared vexatious himself, impacting detrimentally on family court custody proceedings.  The class action complaint can be accessed here:

  1. A similar class action lawsuit must and will be filed in southern California, already cited by legal experts as a “breeding ground” for “delusional” and “vexatious” protective parents who all have one common denominator – their children have been court-ordered into custody of identified ex-cons, drug addicts, violent alcoholics, child molesters and rapists by morally delinquent judicial officers and refuse to GO AWAY and SHUT UP. Also note that the majority of these litigants UNLAWFULLY declared vexatious in gross violation of their 1st and 14th Amendment Rights cannot afford an attorney and are forced to represent themselves and therefore are not deemed to be a LUCRATIVE INCOME SOURCE for the court and the associated COTTAGE INDUSTRY, i.e. attorneys, mediators, custody evaluators and other whores of the court, feeding on the misery and torture of parents and their traumatized children.
