The below was sent out to media organizations and represents the comments on the proposed open meeting rule of court by the Alliance of California Judges.

If you haven’t submitted a comment regarding the proposed open meeting rule then you are too late. They’ve taken it down because they didn’t desire overwhelming negative feedback but rather, an opportunity to get team George to completely offset dissenters so that they can come to the preordained determination that they’re already undertaking the best course of action.
