WE are supposed to be thankful.

America is hailed in diverse media outlets as the home of the free and the brave, the land of opportunities where you can realize the so-called American dream. The American Nightmare for many of us caught up in the U.S. judicial system is a very different reality.

Our children are kidnapped by a judiciary who make a mockery of parents, children and their constitutional right to a parent child relationship. Parents and their children are dehumanized in a manner equitable to the concentration camps of Nazi Germany. We simply don’t matter and are a mere number in the current family court holocaust system that exists in this country. Cases are dragged out for years while the judiciary who is involved plays hopscotch games with the constitution and the law and refuse to abide by the law.

The current “system” in place can only be described as an international human rights violation where people in the land of the free and the brave are judicially raped and battered repeatedly in a never ending legal assault. It is torture in its vilest and most obscene form where the lives of children and their parents are willfully and maliciously destroyed.

Psychological terms have even been coined in this country to describe the phenomena such as “legal abuse syndrome” viewed as a form of post traumatic stress disorder.  Post traumatic stress disorder is associated with war veterans who return home and experience the after effects of a war.  This is what the legal system has become. A war against parents and their children.

As litigants we are expected to act in a manner befitting the court and abide by all procedures and laws required. The same courtesy is not returned to us, where the court actually thrives on the malicious destruction of another human being.

We are supposed to be thankful for the next round of judicial rape and battery, while the judicial puppet masters behind the assaults refuse to abide by the MINIMUM required due process accorded by the U.S. constitution.

We are supposed to be thankful that we know that our children will be raised in the most devastating manner possible due to the heinous deprivation of a parent child relationship, where you as a parent are denigrated and dehumanized to a meaningless IT entity with no relevance to your IT child.

We are supposed to be thankful that we live in a country that calls itself the land of the free and the home of the brave but in reality shackles and enslaves thousands of parents and their children to a mockery of a justice system where anarchy prevails.

We are supposed to be thankful that the constitution that defines the basic principles of  the land of the free and the home of the brave is a useless piece of paper thrown in the trash by the judiciary that plays games with the lives of parents and their children wallowing in the malicious destruction of their actions.

What exactly is there to be thankful for?
