Folks, we have a problem that any concerned parent should be aware of. Some judges have a religious background that permeates every ruling which mirrors their belief. Case in point is Judge Wells who has tailored his rulings to the belief that women have to be subjugated as their deserve to abused by their husband, and they are beneath their “husband”; as in his church women are not allowed to teach male children who have been baptized, nor are they allowed to be elders. They are only allowed to teach other women and children. Every insane ruling from Judge Wells’ court was based on the belief that women have to OBEY their ex husbands and have to be denigrated, abused, and tortured to achieve the belief that they need to be CONTROLLED by their ex spouses no matter what the cost to them or their children or how much abuse they are subjected to. Judge Wells’ favorite “game” was to order supervised visitation of mothers in one format or another so that they are subjected to the abusive ex spouse to achieve his truly sick subjugation of women and children. Every proceeding was used to manipulate according to Judge Well’ heinous prejudicial perception rather than applying any law using legal proceedings to viciously legally rape and batter women.
Judge Wells’ church of course does not advocate divorce either as he himself expressed, in a bar association article.
His church is the Church of Christ in Palm Desert, where Judge Wells is a minister.
Now once a litigant files an appeal the assumption is that the appeal court will be free of bias and will be able to look at rulings impartially. That is not the case based on the religious background of some of the appellate justices presiding on the bench.
Justice Richli, who is presiding over an appeal, which involves Judge Wells and his desire to punish and subjugate a litigant attended a law-school that fervently ascribes to the principles of the Church of Christ. http://judgepedia.org/Betty_Richli. The law school is the Pepperdine School of Law. http://law.pepperdine.edu/about/christian-tradition
The Church of Christ is quite vocal concerning their role of women in society and Justice Richli has a demonstrated conflict of interest which also explains her denial of a perfectly valid writ proceeding that specifically deals with Judge Wells’ unlawful exparte order. https://viewsandnewsriversidesuperiourcourt.wordpress.com/2014/07/03/acting-presiding-justice-richli-denies-custody-due-process-writ-citing-alleged-exparte-practices/
The Church of Christ’s viewpoint is defined in their doctrine:
Women do not aspire to leadership roles over men (1 Corinthians 11:3; 1 Timothy 2:12), nor do they preach, teach or lead public prayer (except in women’s and children’s groups). (1 Timothy 2:11).
“Let your women keep silent in the churches, for they are not permitted to speak; but they are to be submissive, as the law also says. And if they want to learn something, let them ask their own husbands at home; for it is shameful for women to speak in church. Or did the word of God come originally from you? Or was it you only that it reached? If anyone thinks himself to be a prophet or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things which I write to you are the commandments of the Lord” (I Corinthians 14:34-37).
“Let a woman learn in silence with all submission. And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression. Nevertheless she will be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control” (I Timothy 2:11-15).
Needless to say any outsider can connect the dots and see why an appeal court sabotages an appeal and upholds the insane rulings of the trial court. It does not have a thing to do with the law but is associated with the religious beliefs and influences of the relevant judges and justices. As litigants we are expected to OBEY no matter what the cost to us and our children and for whatever frivolous reason. The religious background explains why women in particular have to be submissive and cater to whatever role that religion has accorded them.
The standing of women in religion is defined in:
11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman [is] the man and the head of Christ [is] God.
11:7 For a man indeed ought not to cover [his] head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
11:8 For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.
11:9 Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
14:34 Let your women keep silence in the communities: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but [they are commanded] to be under obedience, as also saith The Law (of God – Gen. 3:16). (Be seen and not heard and children also).
14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a disgrace for women to speak in the community.
Ephesians – confirmation that EQUALITY of sexes is PROHIBITED
5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the community: and he is the savior of the body.
5:24 Therefore as the community is subject unto Christ, so [let] the wives [be] to their own husbands in EVERY thing.
5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the community, and gave himself for it;
We do live in the year 2014 and there is such a a thing as equal protection under the law. Heinous rulings based on the religious background of a judge is NOT law.
